As a planner, Kate is passionate about using technical analysis, visual communication, and digital tools to help communities develop practical solutions that align with their vision. 

Kate’s work includes comprehensive plans, land use studies, zoning updates, and technical assistance at statewide, regional, and local scales. She is AICP-certified through the American Planning Association.
